Focusing on the ‘experience driven’ positioning, our visual identity balanced both elements, in a way not usually seen in a sector relentlessly showcasing its non-human side.

We also developed the identity for Thunderhead’s ONE Engagement Hub, which makes it possible to create exceptional engagement for every customer across every journey.
